Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
